Shine Mate tapered-styled and well-structured pads prevent pad “jello-ing” for increased efficiency without introducing excessive heat from unnecessary pad movement. Open cell structure with center cooling hole to keep the pad cool and prevent the polish from drying out prematurely. Newly implemented adhesive formula prevents pad delamination.
Quickly remove sanding marks from P1500, scratches and oxidation.

Shine Mate polishing system
These polishing wheels have been designed and very carefully tuned for a perfect interplay with the professional Shine Mate EX series orbital polishers ; it is thus a comprehensive system with maximized performance, reliability and operator comfort.
They are intended for polishers EX610-6/21 , EX610-5/15 , EX605 and EX603 .
Optimized design
All main aspects have been adapted to the specifics of orbital polishers:

The new generation of velcro and new lamination technology guarantees optimal functionality of the velcro throughout the life of the polishing wheel.
The 22mm center hole reduces the tendency to stall and improves polishing performance (the 100mm version of the disc is without a hole).
