SONAX ProfiLine EX 04-06 Finishing Polish
Silicone-free high-gloss polish for orbital polishers. Single-stage polishing of light paint defects or for a finish after previous polishing with ExCut 05-05.
Product application
Shake bottle before use. Depending on the size of the backing plate, apply the product to the Orbital Polishing Pad medium pad. If necessary, wet sand flaws with abrasive paper of P2000 or finer beforehand.
Polishing procedure phase 1: Pressure: max. 5 kg — Speed*: approx. 2000 rpm — Time: 20 sec
Polishing procedure phase 2: Pressure: 1 kg — Speed*: approx. 4000 rpm — Time: 120 sec
The times given refer to one polishing cycle of an area to be polished of approx. 1 sqm with average hard paintwork. * Speed varies depending on the type of machine. Remove residue with a soft Microfiber Cloth.
Randomly check the polishing result by wiping with pre cleaner applied to a Microfiber Cloth and illuminating with a hologram lamp. Regularly clean polishing pads. Never use different polishes on one pad. Do not use on hot surfaces.
