SONAX ProfiLine SP 06-02 Heavy Cut Compound
Silicone free abrasive paste with a high abrasive content, for sanding off weathered and scratched paint layers. Removes etching caused by bird droppings, insects and tree sap. For all paint types and colours. Removes dust inclusions, spray paint mist, sanding traces. Ideal for the restoration of heavily weathered single-layer paintwork. Product application
Shake bottle before use. Apply the product to the SONAX Lambswool Pad (04931410) or the SONAX Foam Pad hard (04931000). Polishing procedure phase 1: Pressure: 5-10 kg — Speed: 800 rpm — Time: 30 sec Polishing procedure phase 2: Pressure: 1-2 kg — Speed: 1200 rpm — Time: 60 sec. Then, apply new product to the pad and carry out another polishing cycle. The times given refer to one polishing cycle of an area to be polished of approx. 1 sqm with average hard paintwork. Remove residue with a soft Microfiber Cloth, a wet sponge or a water jet. Then follow up with a good polishing compound ad polishing pad and finish off with a good finishing compound and finishing pad. Never use different polishes on one pad. Do not use on hot surfaces.
