When you have completed your shopping, select “Check out” tab on the Menu, you will be provided the order total. You will then be directed to PayFast, where you will be able to pay securely by Debit Card, Credit Card or EFT.
Products are despatched from our warehouse only after payment has been cleared and verified into the bank account. Order processing usually takes up to 48 hours . Shipping speeds depend on stock levels. Shipping times are an estimate from time of dispatch and NOT from the time of placing an order therefore estimates are not guaranteed. We use Globeflight Couriers for all our shipping. Your parcel will be delivered door to door, so please provide a physical address, as they can not deliver to a post box. If a delivery is delayed for any reason, the customer will be contacted via email.
Where a product not be immediately available, the customer will be contacted and given the option of a refund or placing a back order for the product. Some of our products have a lead times before the order can be shipped. We use Flat Rate Shipping. The rate applies to a maximum of 10kg. Should your order wight exceed this, you may be required to pay additional shipping fees according to the excess weight. In such an incident, we will contact you to make arrangements accordingly.
Important Notice :
Auto-DNA will not be responsible for parcels and goods that get damaged (torn, wet, miss handled, etc.) during the delivery process.
When receiving your parcel from Globeflight, please ensure that the parcel is in good condition. If it is NOT in good/acceptable condition, or if the goods are damaged, the issue needs to be addressed with Globeflight directly, immediately.

Refunds & Returns policy:
If you are not satisfied with a purchase, it can be returned within seven days of the delivery for a full refund less shipping costs.
Note, the customer will be liable for shipping and insurance costs.
A full refund will only be issued if products are returned unopened and unused. Should an opened product be returned, the product will be assessed to determine the amount of refund due.
All products being shipped back must be repackaged in secure, sealed packaging. Should a product be damaged while being shipped back to us, Auto-DNA will not be liable for the damages. It is recommend that you insure your products when shipping them back to us, and make sure that they are properly packaged.
