1. Eligibility: The competition is open to all customers who place orders on the Auto-DNA website between 14 July 2023 and 14 August 2023. Employees of Auto-DNA and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry: All orders placed during the competition period will automatically be entered into the competition. No additional steps or fees are required for entry.
3. Draw: The draw will take place on 15 August 2023, and the winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via email or telephone within 48 hours of the draw.
4. Prize: The prize for this competition is a R1000 Gift Voucher to be redeemed on the Auto-DNA website. The voucher must be used within 3 months from 15 August 2023. The Gift Voucher can be used towards the purchase of any product available on the Auto-DNA website.
5. Prize Redemption: To redeem the Gift Voucher, the winner must visit the Auto-DNA website and select the desired product(s) for purchase. During the checkout process, the winner can apply the Gift Voucher code provided to deduct the voucher value from the total purchase amount.
6. Transferability: The Gift Voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
7. Expiry: If the Gift Voucher is not used within 3 months from 15 August 2023, it will expire and become invalid.
8. Disqualification: Auto-DNA reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent or unethical behavior.
9. Privacy: By entering the competition, participants agree to provide their personal information to Auto-DNA. This information will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting the winner.
10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa
